After a client has booked an appointment, you will receive a confirmation. This will appear in the Apollo.coach agenda, and will also be directly linked to your Outlook or Google or Apple Calendar.

You can place a questionnaire directly in the coaching intake form, but you can also send it along with the confirmation email to your client. This can be as many as you want.

After a client has completed the form, they can immediately choose a time slot for the intake. You open this as a coach. You can do this for all timeslots, but you can also block certain timeslots. The system adapts to your needs.
