Coach invoice

All invoicing data can be linked to the following accounting packages. Exact, Reeleezee and Snelstart. In all packages, the contact details, invoice data and cost centers are synchronised and payment statuses are retrieved to update the sales invoices in Apollo. On the support page you can find exactly which data is synchronized per supplier.

When you make a program yourself, you can put it in the knowledge base. If you also link a subscription to this, you can automatically invoice this with the periodic subscription invoices in Apollo.

The bank always asks for an authorization for the direct debit. You can have such an authorization form automatically generated in Apollo. You send this to your customer to sign and you can start collecting automatically.
